Join us. The League of Women Voters of Greater Youngstown is pleased to feature Political Reporter, David Skolnick, at our October General Meeting. Mr. Skolnick, longtime Vindicator Reporter, has won several state journalism awards for his investigative, explanatory and deadline reporting and use of public records. After the Vindicator was purchased in 2019 by Ogden Newspapers, Skolnick became the newspaper chain’s top political reporter in Ohio. His articles and columns appear regularly in the chain’s Ohio and West Virginia newspapers. He will be speaking on the Importance of Local Elections.
